TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF MANDATE & ELIGIBILITY

ARTICLE 9: GOVERNING LAW & SOVEREIGN JURISDICTION
This structural Agreement, along with all operational data frameworks deployed under its authority, shall be governed by and interpreted strictly in accordance with the corporate laws of London, United Kingdom. Any legal actions, systemic disputes, or compliance arbitration arising directly from interaction with this Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in London, United Kingdom.
